Coaching is a safe and supportive conversation that helps you come closer to yourself — to your wishes, decisions, boundaries, and sense of purpose. My approach is based on open questions, deep listening, and full presence. I don’t judge or evaluate — I walk beside you at a pace that feels right for you.
Yes — that’s often when coaching can be the most helpful. You only need to come with what you’re feeling right now — confusion, pressure, tiredness, or simply a desire for change. Together, we’ll gently uncover what’s happening inside and what truly matters to you at this moment. You don’t need to have the answers — just an openness to explore the questions.
Definitely. I support men who wish to deepen their connection with themselves, realign their priorities, and cultivate peace and authenticity — both in their relationships and their professional life.
I’m your partner in the process — I hold space, listen, ask questions, and guide the structure of our work. You’re responsible for the content: your topics, goals, motivation, and the courage to take action.
Together, we’ll set clear and achievable goals — and from there, it’s in your hands. Your motivation, your pace, your path. I’m here so you don’t have to walk alone.
Yes — all coaching sessions are completely confidential, including the fact that we’re working together.
As a coach, I follow the Code of Ethics defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF),which includes a strict commitment to confidentiality. This means that I do not share any information with third parties without your explicit consent — except in cases required by law (for example, threat to life or a criminal act). (e.g. a threat to life or a criminal offence).
I create a safe and respectful space where you can open up freely — without judgment, and with full presence and attention.
All you need is a quiet space where you can pause for a moment and be with yourself. We’ll meet online via Google Meet — you’ll need a stable internet connection, headphones or speakers, and ideally a computer or phone with a camera. And most importantly — an open heart and a willingness to take a step closer to a change 🌿
I understand — we can start with an introductory call to see if we’re a good fit. If the online format doesn’t feel right, we can simply leave it at that first conversation, or — in some cases — arrange in-person sessions in Prague.
We usually meet once a week or every two weeks. Some clients prefer a more intensive rhythm, while others need more time for integration. We’ll adjust the frequency to what feels right for you.
It’s very individual. Some people gain a lot from just a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support. I usually recommend starting with five sessions and then deciding how to continue. Each session lasts 1 hour.
No — therapy often focuses on the past and on healing emotional wounds, while coaching is more about the present and your path forward. Coaching and therapy can complement each other, and their effects are often even stronger when combined.
Yes, the first session is free of charge. It’s a space for us to get to know each other, talk about what brings you to coaching, and answer any questions about the process. What matters most is that you feel safe and confident that we’re a good fit — because trust is the foundation of meaningful coaching work 🌊
