I’m
Jana Han.

Ever since I was little, I have loved creating and writing. Below, I’m sharing my manuscript, giving you a glimpse into who I’m and my life story. So far I wrote it in Czech only, will write one in English soon.

If you prefer not to read the manuscript, here is a briefer introduction:

From the world of numbers and spreadsheets to colors, deep conversations, and inner peace

My path to what I do today wasn’t linear—and that is exactly where its strength lies. I studied finance and spent years in the dynamic environment of an IT corporation. That world gave me a huge sense of structure, practicality, an analytical perspective, and a scientific approach to work. However, as a highly sensitive woman with an artistic soul, I felt a growing inner realisation that I lacked a space for depth, authenticity, and creative freedom. I needed a place where I didn’t have to meet expectations or constantly perform.

The turning point came when I allowed my gifts to speak and discovered the power of conscious pausing, artistic creation, mindfulness, and safe women’s communities. Today, I connect these two worlds—offering you gentle, safe guidance that is also grounded in solid foundations, structure, and practical impact on your daily life.

💼 Professional Experience (my career journey)

  • 2019-2025: IT roles at MSD (UX Designer, UX Researcher, Data Scientist & Data Analyst)
Over nearly 6 years, I navigated the tech world from deep data analytics to human-centered design. User Experience (UX) research and design were closest to my heart—bridging the technical environment with human behavior and empathy. I learned effective collaboration in an international setting, gained an analytical perspective, and understood how vital it is to build any system (even a life system) around human needs.
  • 2018-2019: Soft Skills Teacher at Viet Code (IT camp for high school students)
A passion project where, alongside a team of IT teachers, I added a human dimension to tech education. I taught curious young people presentation skills, critical, and creative thinking. It reaffirmed how fulfilling it is to help people develop their potential, confidence, and the courage to express themselves.
  • 2016-2019: Co-creator at Mindfulness Club
Another passion project of mine. I helped launch the first major mindfulness conferences in the Czech Republic. I gained massive experience in event management, organisation, and teamwork. This period also deeply supported my personal meditation practice and confirmed that conscious presence is the key to inner peace.
  • 2016: Deloitte & 2014: VIG Re (Finance and Insurance Experience)
Two crucial lessons about who I am not. Even though I studied finance at VŠE and CERGE-EI, working in corporate finance and insurance showed me that this world lacked the creativity, depth, and psychological dimension I craved. These were key detours that pointed me toward my true strength.
  • 2013-2014: English Teacher at Helen Doron (Děti 3–10 let)
My first major teaching experience. Working with children taught me instant connection, playfulness, patience, and creative learning methods without the pressure to perform. I love bringing this lightness and playfulness into my work with adults today.

My Approach

  • Community: We meet in person in Prague (or online), and in the meantime, we build a support network via our WhatsApp community.
