💐 What are Authentic Gatherings?
A space for mindful pause, creativity, and returning to yourself.
Authentic Gatherings are an invitation to slow down within a safe circle of women. I create a sanctuary where you don’t have to perform, meet anyone’s expectations, or prove anything. You can simply be – exactly as you are in this moment.
We combine gentle guidance, depth, and mindful presence with ease and creative freedom.
✨ What to expect & what we stand for:
- A safe space: We follow the principles of transparent circle communication using a talking token. Only one person speaks at a time from her own lived experience, while others listen with an open heart – free from judgment or unsolicited advice. Even silence is a meaningful way to share.
- Creativity without pressure: We let creativity flow freely through intuitive painting, expressive writing, breath and bodywork, visualisations, and coaching techniques. You don’t need any artistic background or “talent” – just come with an open mind.
- Themes & workshops: Some gatherings focus on specific themes or intentions – such as our Vision Board workshops centered on vision crafting and physical collage art.
- Confidentiality & respect: Everything shared within the circle stays safely between us. My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed approach and the ICF Code of Ethics.
- Intimate group setting: To ensure true depth, intimacy, and personal space, each gathering is limited to 9 women.
- Care & comfort: All art and creative supplies, tea, and light refreshments are prepared for you with love.
🌿 Practical information
- Location: Atelier I at the Háčko55 Community Centre (Praha – Hloubětín, a 6-minute walk from metro line B, Hloubětín station).
- Duration: Usually 3 hours
- Language: Gatherings are held either in Czech 🇨🇿 or as international space in English 🇬🇧.
- Price: Usually 1 111 CZK (or according to the specific event/workshop).

As a certified coach and circle facilitator, I teamed up for this workshop with Viet Up—a non-profit supporting the young generation of Czech Vietnamese in personal growth, creativity, and community life. Viet Up creates projects with a social impact and provides a safe space for gathering and collaboration.
